About the session

MadCap Flare is the most versatile and powerful Help Authoring tool in the market. It is an advanced product from the creators of RoboHelp.

This session introduces you to the “MadCap Flare” workspace, highlights some of the frequently used features of Flare, and compares Flare with RoboHelp. Some other aspects of Flare will also be explored, reflecting the utility of this tool in technical communication.

Shilpa Singh is a post graduate in Mass Communication, with a diploma in Instructional Design and Content Writing. She has a cumulative experience of five years in instructional design and technical writing. At present, she is working with Fiserv India as a technical editor.
